Before preparing your Poster presentation, we recommend you take few minutes to read the following guidelines.
- All Posters must be limited to 1m*1m size and designed in standard poster format which should be clearly visible to the audience.
- Please ensure that all the posters must be in English language and should not have any grammatical or typing errors in the poster.
- Posters must abide to the standard size as recommended earlier. We will provide the Mounting pins or Sticking tapes to mount the poster.
- All posters should be mounted according to the assigned numbers one hour prior to the initiation of poster session.
- The presenting author should stand by the poster board during the whole poster session.
- Views presented in the poster are on their own. Company is not liable in any kind of connection towards it.
- Please ensure to submit us the soft copy of your final poster one month prior to the conference date.
- For any kind of delays, please inform to the conference manager in advance at the quickest time possible.
